The Popcorn Bucket is a film review website moderated by Ben Browne. I collaborated with graphics animator Chris Ella on this opening sequence for a series of videoblogs, which required a theme tune.

The clients wanted something with guitars and a steady beat, and had also had the idea of sampling various notable quotes from well-known films. So I sourced a few favourites of theirs, and built this short theme tune, which is driven by an electronic drone and drumbeat, with a distorted guitar solo line, designed to be reminiscent of those found on the soundtracks of many cult 1980s blockbusters.
